INTRODUCTION
Why Choose Us?
Our factory is located in Hengshui city of Hebei Province, which is a traditional steel-producing area in China. So, our steel materials have cost advantages. We have been exporting medical equipment and hospital furniture since 20 years ago. We know certifications and standards very well. Our R&D team is actively developing new designs every year to meet different market demands and OEM requests.
In 2018, we started to rent overseas warehouses and work with local factories.
In the past few years, we helped tens of traditional steel factories get rid of endless price competition and started their exporting business. We also established a complete supply chain system with those factories. After years of co-working, a new factory which is invested together with our supply chain factories will be open in May 2023, to shorten our costs of accessories transportation.

3. A Solution for A Big Design Defect
The distance between the bed board and the frame is too short, which can probably clamp patients’ hands while operating back lifting.
We suggested enlarging the distance. The customer liked the final design a lot and appreciated our professionalism in the end.

For dealing with urgent orders, relieving the pressure on customers’ funds, and facilitating after-sales, we have been rent oversea warehouses and working together with local factories.

Bed Head Film
Problem: Bubbles appeared on the blue film of the bedhead when the goods arrived.
Reason: It was a Pakistan summer, customer’s warehouse temperature remains at 49℃, high temperature melted the adhesive.
Solution: Deliver new thicker films to Pakistan by DHL immediately. Totally Free.
After that, every solution must take the storage temperature into consideration, and match a suitable film for customers.
Problem: In order to load more beds into the container, the bed frame and accessories were packed together in one carton. At least 50% of the bed frames were scratched by the accessories.
Reason: The customer asked if it is possible to pack a set of bed frames and accessories together to save the freight cost. We didn’t realize the risk.
Solution: We covered the cost of respraying and immediately delivered a considerable amount of new beds to solve their problem of low inventory.
Bed Surface Scratches
Rusty Accessories
Problem: The customer didn’t pick up the goods until two months later after the container arrived at Busan Port. And some parts of the beds started to rust.
Reason: It was a rainy season, the air was extremely wet and muggy. What’s worse, Bosan Port is a seaport with high levels of salt in the air. After months of exposure to weather like that, the steel starts to rust.
Solution: Replaced all the rusty accessories for free.
Instead of galvanized, now we would recommend electrostatic spraying accessories first unless the storage situation is suitable enough.
